2,本公司對(duì)填表企業(yè)提供的信息承擔(dān)保密責(zé)任，這些信息不會(huì)用于供應(yīng)商選擇以外的其他商業(yè)目的All information will be kept confidential by AMCOR and will not be used for any commercial purpose other than potential supplier evaluation

3,填表企業(yè)除提供信息以外，需接受本公司安排的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考察Information provider agree to accept on-site visit from AMCOR AFAP

4. 填表企業(yè)對(duì)所提供內(nèi)容的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)Information provider responsible for the authenticity

■ 保密協(xié)議簽字蓋章NDA signature
■簽署AMCOR供應(yīng)商行為準(zhǔn)則 Signed Amcor’s Supplier Code of Conduct Form
■完成食品和產(chǎn)品安全問(wèn)卷Completed Statement of Composition Questionnaire – For Food & Product Safety
■提供營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照，相關(guān)行業(yè)資質(zhì)，代理，體系認(rèn)證等掃描件Provide business license, relevant industry qualification, agent, system certification and others scanned copy.
